Ede & Ravenscroft is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our heritage tailoring and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items in their original condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you require a refund or an exchange for a different size or style.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before placing them back into the original shipping box or suitable protective packaging.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid return label provided to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Tracking

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier point or local post office and retain your proof of postage until your return has been processed and confirmed via email.
